Windows Photo Viewer is to see our Photos in Windows itself. Another way to see our Photos in Windows is you can open with Microsoft Paint, Adobe Photoshop, and etc. So the point is, Windows 10 Photo Viewer is laggy I think :). In this case, I will show you how to Restore Old Windows Photo Viewer like in Windows 7 or 8.
Download This File, as you can see that is Reg file, no need panic, it just simple to run

After that, you just simply double click and open this file
If prompted to run this, you can just click Run or Yes
After Successfully you can open your photos, but before opening it, right-click and select
Open With and Choose Another App, and select Windows Photo Viewer
